The latest version Silicon labs driver cp210x USB to UART Bridge driver does not work (will not install) on Windows 10 build 1903. The older driver (6.7.4.261) installs and works fine on the same machine running Windows 10 build 1803. I am trying to communicate with an ESP32 development board that has Sil Labs USB to Serial chip.
