Only after this you can install the drivers and make them functional. Sofir786 said Just a heads up i have managed to flash the rom via the flash tool on a windows 10 64bit machine. These are the steps i took. Install driver but you need to makes sure you set the compatibility to windows 7 and and run the installer as admin.

Restart your PC.
Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver.
